Job Description:
  • Take inbound calls from taxpayers in FBR Contact Center
  • Help taxpayers with issues related to filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax, and FED returns.
  • Help taxpayers with issues related to Iris and efbr portals
  • Log taxpayers complaints over the phone
  • General guidance of taxpayers related to different SOPs
  • Respond to emails sent to FBR Helpline
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.
