Female Office Administrator / Sales Coordinator required for inhouse sales/collections/ Customer Service.

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Sales Coordinator for inhouse sales / Admin jobs. The ideal candidate will have talent in doing cold calling/customer followup.

What we look for in a candidate.

• Exceptional communication & presentation skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Must be target driven and motivated

• Ability to deal with key decision-makers.

• Must have good experience in using excel/outlook

• Can perform day to day admin task / Knowledge of using accounting software Tally.ERP 9

• Process sales order/followup on a daily basis

Main Responsibilities:

Identifying new customers.

Identifying and networking with Key decision-makers.

Ensuring receivables on time in full. Providing monthly progress reports to management.

Presentable look and highly organized personality.

Able to work independently and a good team player
