Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce customer service specialist who has experience in answering to the international customers over the emails and chat andhave no issues to work in the evening shift.

Working Days: 5 Days a week ( Mon - Friday )

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Job Timings: 5 pm to 1 am ( Could be rotational at times )

An ideal candidate would need to have the following expertise to perform in this role successfully:

Required Soft Skills:

• Excellent Written communication skills
• Well familiar with dos and donts of responding to customers over the emails and on the social media
• Practical knowledge about how to make the customers happy

Required Technical Skills:

• Shopify Online Store handling
• Zendesk / Freshdesk or any support software
• We will pay 25000 basic salary with 5000 performance-based incentives.
