| Job Description: |
• To execute independently multi-location seed trials
• To manage & deliver quality data of trials well in time across locations
• To ensure timely seed arrangement for trials in collaboration with the breeders
• To ensure product submission for registrations with Seed regulatory bodies in line with Govt.’s defined standards/policies
• Cross functional coordination e.g. providing technical support/guidance to sales and marketing people regarding seed products and coordination with Business Unit Manager regarding trials’ protocols and objectives
• To manage crop tours in collaboration with sales team
• To provide and create opportunities for talent development of the team |
