Export Marketing Officer / Merchandiser Required for Textile Company: Person having 6-10 years’ experience in Home Textile merchandising, marketing and correspondence with the buyers in the following product line (Bed sheet, quilt covers, comforters, Fitted sheets and pillow, Terry Towels etc.)

·         Order received from the Buyer with details about the product.

·         Price Negotiation with the buyer.

·         Confirmation of order and receive the order.

·         Production planning

·         Arrange PP meeting.

·         Sample Development Initiative taken

·         Taken Initiative to provide all required sample

·         Fabric Booking.

·         Accessories Booking.

·         Swatch Board and trims & Accessories Card make and obtain approval.

·         Ensure raw- materials & Accessories In- House

·         Sample test for 3rd party testing (if required)

·         Collect daily production & Quality report

·         Ensure pre-final and Final Inspection date with concerning buyer’s representative

·         Prepare all the documents for Shipment, with export department.

·         Inform Commercial department to take initiative to collect payment
